Naomi Harrison, Customer Services

Naomi is primarily customer facing, with all her customer liaison skills ready to hand to met and greet new and returning customers to the Accident Repair Centre; based upon the many years main dealership experience working with BMW, Honda and Volkswagen customer service franchise environments.

She is responsible for organising the estimating, booking in and vehicle transportation process, and works closely with the Office Manager, Workshop Controller and organises the Transport Driver to collect or deliver customer or courtesy vehicles to the planned arrangements.

Naomi aims to keep all the customers fully informed as to the state of the repairs to their vehicle, as well as assisting customers with any questions regarding the repair process and relevant completion timescales.
